Mickle Rigg Cottage is a former single
storey barn which has been superbly converted into a cosy cottage for
two, featuring the original oak beams and a log burning stove.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen areas have pleasant views across the paddock and the bedroom has a delightful four poster bed squeezed in between its beams. Mickle Rigg's 2008 transformation includes full redecoration, a completely new bathroom restyled to today's highest standards and featuring a water jet spa bath , a fully updated kitchen, and new contemporary soft furnishings and fabrics (not all of these are yet shown in the photos). |
