Brae Fell

Brae Fell Cottage is an imaginative conversion of a large ancient Lake District barn which simply oozes character.
The ground floor has a spacious dining room with a fully equipped, newly fitted kitchen alongside.
The open tread stairs lead directly to a stunning living room with atmospheric old beams, exposed stonework and three large soft leather sofas. Adjacent to the living room is a second smaller sitting area ideal for reading and board games.
The cottage has a wide smart TV, a ‘Bluetooth’ music player with CD and DAB, and access to free high speed wifi.
There are two self contained bedroom suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with a private hallway leading to a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Both bathrooms have been completely refitted to our highest standard, with the upstairs one featuring a water jet spa bath. Furniture in all the main areas has been specially made by ‘Out of the Woods’.
There is a garden at the front with new hot tub.
