The Farmhouse has retained many original features but is finished to a high, modern standard with wooden beams and original rustic fireplace with stonework, it has views in private surroundings, perfect for several families holidaying together or for friends celebrating special occasions. Sleeping 12 it has its own off-road entrance, private parking for 4 cars, games room, large party size hot tub, 3 bathrooms and downstairs WC.

The electric central heated cottage comprises: Kitchen with double electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Dining room with table and chairs to seat 12, Smart TV, wood burning stove and arch leading to the conservatory with comfy seating and smart TV. Double bedroom with super king size bed and twin bedroom (both bedrooms have zip link beds and can convert to double or twin beds on request) with Jack and Jill shower room with hand basin and WC. Cloakroom with hand basin and WC.

This cottage has a stove area with log burner in the dining room but is only for display purposes the stove cannot be used due to the proximity to the dining table and Television. The cottage has under floor heating so is a lovely cosy warm cottage with thermostats in every room.

First floor: Master bedroom with super king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Second double bedrooms with super king size beds (both double beds can convert to twin beds on request). Two twin bedrooms (can convert to double beds on request) Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

All electric, bed linen and towels provided. Cot and high chair available. Private parking for 4 cars. Patio area with BBQ, outdoor furniture and hot tub and games room with pool table.
