With stunning 30 mile views, Great Calva Cottage has been recently designed and built to a traditional Lake District style with three family groups in mind. This magnificent cottage has been furnished and equipped to the ultimate 5 star standard.
The ground floor has a dining room with local furniture from ‘Out of the Woods’, including a giant-size dining table to seat fourteen, and a newly fitted kitchen fully equipped to cater for large groups, Also downstairs are two bedroom suites, each with a private hallway leading to a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
Upstairs is an expansive living area with wonderful views, exposed stonework, an inglenook fireplace with log burning stove and contemporary soft leather sofas. Also upstairs is a third bedroom suite with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a large bathroom with spa bath and shower. Finally there is an additional small sitting room with twin/double sofabeds, ideal for kids’ use, and a separate WC.
The cottage has a smart TV, a ‘Bluetooth’ music player with CD and DAB, and access to free high speed wifi.
Step outside the dining area of the cottage on to a newly paved terrace looking out across the paddock, ideal for barbeques and outdoor meals. Look round the corner and you will also find a party hot tub for up to 10 people at a time.
